- We currently accept prepaid orders only - no COD.
- Although COD appears as the default option at checkout and you must complete the order using this option only.
- But once your order is placed, we will manually send a QR code on your WhatsApp. Kindly complete the payment via this QR code before delivery.
- As a startup, we are not yet in a position to bear high payment gateway charges; therefore, we have not integrated an online payment gateway at this stage and payments are processed manually.
- Delivery charges are applicable and must be paid directly to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.
- We kindly request you to connect with our customer care via WhatsApp or call at +91-7069941350 before signing up or placing an order to confirm the exact delivery charges.
- If this arrangement does not suit you or you find the delivery charges to be very high, we kindly request you not to sign up or place even trial orders, as we incur significant costs for every sign-up, login, and order. Being an early-stage startup, we are currently unable to bear these expenses.
- Therefore, please sign up/login and place an order only when you are fully certain that you wish to proceed with the purchase.
