PAYMENT POLICY – BANGLA MART

This Payment Policy applies to all orders placed on BANGLA MART. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. PAYMENT METHOD AT CHECKOUT (WEBSITE)
At the time of placing an order on the BANGLA MART website, only one payment option will be displayed: Cash on Delivery (COD).
This is the default option available on the platform for order placement.
2. ACTUAL PAYMENT PROCESS (POST ORDER CONFIRMATION)
Although you select COD on the website, the actual payment process works as follows:
- Once your order is successfully placed, BANGLA MART will send you:
- An official invoice, and
- A payment QR code
via WhatsApp to your registered mobile number. - You are required to complete the payment using the provided QR code.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION DEPENDS ON PAYMENT
Your order will be treated as confirmed only after we receive your payment successfully.
Until the payment is processed, your order will remain in a pending state.
4. AUTOMATIC ORDER CANCELLATION (STRICT POLICY)
If the payment is not completed within 2 hours from the time of placing the order on the website:
- The order will be automatically cancelled, and
- No further action will be taken by BANGLA MART on that order.
You may place a fresh order if required.
5. PAYMENT PROOF
If required, BANGLA MART may ask you to share a screenshot of the payment confirmation for verification.
6. FAILED TRANSACTIONS
In case of a failed transaction:
- Please try again using the same QR code within the 2-hour window, or
- Contact our support team immediately.
