RETURN & REFUND POLICY – BANGLA MART

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through BANGLA MART.


By placing an order on BANGLA MART, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. NO RETURNS ON CONFIRMED ORDERS

Once an order is placed and confirmed on BANGLA MART, it cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

Orders are considered final at the time of confirmation.

2. RETURN ONLY IN CASE OF DEFECT

Returns will be accepted only if there is a genuine defect in the delivered product, such as:

  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item(s)
  • Expired product


3. DEFECT REPORTING TIMELINE – STRICT 2 HOURS

If you receive a defective product, you must inform us within 2 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the defect
  • Description of the issue

4. NO REQUESTS AFTER 2 HOURS

⚠️ Strict Policy:

If more than 2 hours have passed since delivery, no return, replacement, or refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.


This rule applies without exception.



5. REFUND PROCESS (IF APPLICABLE)

If your defect claim is approved within the 2-hour window:

  • A replacement may be issued OR
  • A refund may be processed to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway.


6. NON-ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN/REFUND

We will not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Customer not available to receive delivery
  • Order consumed/used before complaint
  • Complaints raised after 2 hours of delivery.
