This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on BANGLA MART.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMELINE

Once your order is confirmed after successful payment, the delivery timeline will be as follows:

• If your payment confirmation happens on or before 5:00 PM on a working day, your order will be delivered on the same day**.

• If your payment is confirmed after 5:00 PM, your order will be scheduled for delivery on the next working day.

**Please note that under unforeseen circumstances, delivery may be rescheduled to the following day, even if the order was confirmed before 5:00 PM.

2. DELIVERY PARTNERS

BANGLA MART delivers orders through trusted third-party logistics partners such as:

• Porter

• Uber

• Rapido

• Delhivery

• Ola

• And other reliable local delivery services

The availability of the delivery partner may vary depending on location and service feasibility.

3. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are not included in your order bill.

You are required to pay the delivery charges directly to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

The delivery charge will depend on:

• Your delivery location

• Distance from our warehouse/store

• The delivery partner assigned

4. DISPATCH NOTIFICATION

Once your order is dispatched from our end:

• You will receive a WhatsApp message on your registered mobile number containing:

1. Delivery partner details

2. Estimated delivery time

3. Tracking/driver contact (if available)

Please ensure your WhatsApp number is active and reachable.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the delivery executive is unable to reach you at the time of delivery due to:

• Incorrect address

• Unavailability of the customer

• Phone not reachable

BANGLA MART will not be responsible for failed delivery attempts, and the order may be cancelled or rescheduled at additional cost.
